Hello my friends. I’m back in the land of song again after a brief trip around the countries to visit friends and family. And I have been busy – what’s new, I hear you ask!!

Yes, more of these delightful little boxes. I shall be spending time today (Wednesday) with Canu Camilla as we fill them all with a couple of chocolates and a thank you note.

The markings on the cutting mat are centimetres, so you have an idea of size, and there are some thank you notes which Cam has designed and printed off. All that remains is for me to pick up some boxes of chocs from the supermarket when I shop tomorrow for Step Inside.

Meanwhile, our basket of goody boxes gets fuller…

56 done so far, and around another 15 to go should hopefully see us OK.

And that’s me this week folks. Still cutting and sticking, and still stash-busting my yarn bag during the evenings.

Take care everyone. God bless.

Margaret

  4. Happy WOYWW. Those boxes look wonderful, and now I want some chocolate! I have done very little Christmas crafting this year – just two cards, and I made a hanging heart decoration at a workshop a couple of weeks ago. Off to another workshop on Saturday to make a lantern, I think. It just isn’t high priority in my life right now. Strange how our interests change from year to year. Ali x #15

  7. Still keeping a grip on the tidy requirements too, I see, fair play to you Miss Margaret. Only trouble is, perspective buyers might think that all crafters are neat and tidy…oh what a reputation you might give me!!!!
You’ve done so well with the boxes, they really do look like a lovely treat, your Step Inside clients will love them.

  10. Hi Margaret, the little boxes are gorgeous and I’m sure they will be well received. We are still working on the cabin. My hubby has just finished the painting inside so the lighting is next. Can’t wait to get in there but determined to get it right before we put the stuff in there. Have a happy woyww, Angela x13x

Wondering what you will show us another week when the boxes are finished – knowing you you will be busy, busy, busy – your fingers creating.

  12. Hectic day yesterday helping Tilly and tea for Ben. Today dashing around voting and posting parcels – long queues! Those little cones are a beautiful little gift – well done you! xx Jo

  13. I love the boxes! What a wonderful idea! Gives me some ideas…! No, Mittsy has not climbed the tree, nor pulled off the ornaments save one plastic one on a bottom branch – she’s been so good! I think Inky read her the riot act…
Have a great week, thanks for your visit to mine, Lindart #26
