My dear friends. I can’t believe it has been three weeks since I last wrote a WOYWW post! How quickly time is dashing forward… So, straight to business… my desk

Hmm – a complete jumble of things. Obviously reflecting the state of my mind at this time!! Left to right we have the shelf with papers, and all the usual paraphernalia – kitchen roll, baby wipes, paint brushes, rolls of tape inks and embossing powders. On the desk, computer printer piled high with cutting mat, some little gingerbread cottages, die storage, cross stitch pattern and cross stitch (I’m nearly done!!!), day light lamp, bent over so I can look through the magnifier (Can’t see the holes these days), big shot, computer and clutter. Lurking behind the big shot is a pile of music and notes as I’m leading worship this coming Sunday. I leave you to imagine the trials of leading on Remembrance Sunday, and trying to end the song at JUST the right moment to fit in with the lifeboat flare and alarm along with the senotaph celebration! The pink and purple blur in the centre are two fun pencils, greatly fluffy, and apparently closely observing my Birthday card list hung on the wall. Do you know, I had never noticed they were facing that way – sure I had stood them facing the room…??!!

Yesterday I found some lovely happy mail had arrived.

Darnell sent me lots of hugs!! Thank you so much, Darnell.

So, that’s me this week, folks. It’s early morning, I have to be in and out a bit today, but will visit between dashing around North Wales.

Take care. God bless.

Margaret

Hi Margaret, I sent you a thank you note for your card earlier and have finally had a minute to come check out if you’ve been posting. How lovely to see that you’ve managed to keep up with Julia’s WOYWW and how nice to read your news and see your crafty space! And then here I come to this post and I see that not only did you receive my card, but you blogged about it! I’m glad it arrived and you liked all the hugs! Take care and keep in touch! Love, Darnell

What a lovely busy desk, Margaret, and how great to have all those hugs from Darnell! Here’s another from me: (((((Margaret))))). Thank you for your lovely comment and I’m glad you are enjoying the progress I am making with my iPad Pro. I am not into the spiritual side of mandalas at all, and just enjoy them as decorative circular patterns – I use the name because that way people know what I am talking about!! I shall be keeping Kermit well away from any of my art work so that he doesn’t get tempted to autograph anything! I am feeling a lot better now, but very tired today after an extremely busy day yesterday. Thanks for the heads up for your church website and I will try and pay a visit. Course going well and they seem to be getting lots out of it, which is encouraging, but numbers are small so far. Happy belated WOYWW, Shoshi #29

Hello dear Margaret. I have been looking out for your post and then I missed it this week. I can only blame it onto my head being very fuzzy etc. I’m sorry I’m so late but I lost internet connection last night. Your desk is not a jumble at all – a very interesting/creative space. I love those gingerbread houses. How lovely that you are going to the crop. I wish you were a little nearer you would be very welcome to my craft sessions. It would be so lovely to meet to meet you as well. I ventured out today – first time for a week. It was very cold and I was glad to get home. Just hope I can keep going on Saturday. Take care. Happy WOYWW. I found my cross stitch bag yesterday – and there are 2 small kits in it that I was going to start, and then put to one side. Perhaps I will start them this week, but I still have not got my stitchy bug back (I used to stitch for several hours per day and was paid by other people to finish designs – but now I just do not want to stitch at all). Hi Margaret, I think my previous comment must have flown off into cyberspace because it disappeared before my very eyes. Now, what did I write??? I mentioned cross stitch and how well you have done with it – I wouldn’t attempt it nowadays because my eyesight it too dim to see the holes too. I also noted the birthday list on your wall – now why didn’t I think of that too. I’m so forgetful I need all the help I can get to remember everyone I should. The family are getting used to me being forgetful so time to write up a list like yours! Enjoy the Remembrance Day Service on Sunday – and breathe – all will be well. Have a great week and happy WOYWW. Elizabeth x #13 PS: Mr Jolly Jingle, in your previous post, is a delight!

Hi Margaret, oh how wonderful you are going to the crop. I was a little worried that I may not make it, as I could be in for surgery, but I think it’s unlikely now, as we are heading into the middle of November, and I still haven’t had the tests he wanted. So it looks like we will be good to go. It will be wonderful to meet you after chatting on here for so long.I’m really excited now! I got reduced concession tickets with my disabled pass, but yes, they still charge full price for disabled parking, which I find a disgrace- and did even before it applied to me. We will definitely be visiting other shows next year, you and Mrs D should try the Happy Stampers one, if you’ve never been. Much love, Have a great week, Shaz xx

What a lovely organised desk, but you still have so much going on! Love the special hugs from Darnell – that must have put a smile on your face. Good luck with the Remembrance day timing – sounds a nightmare to me but then I am totally musically-challenged! Hope you have a good week, Diana #25 xx

Hello There Lovely Lady – hope you had a nice holiday with your girls. What a lovely desk area you have, so tidy and lots to snoop about looking at. Gorgeous gingerbread houses, what are they for? Oh dear, leading worship this Sunday, wish we could come down but my breathing is not improving at all so I would not dare risk it at the moment, will be thinking of you though. Sounds as if Llandudno honours our brave soldiers in a wonderful way from what you say. Must be very moving to be there around the cenotaph. Take care my friend – God Bless Neet 4 xx
